I can respect this attitude. I have a lot invested in this stock as well..and like you, I am only interested in the 1worldcash segment of the business..which at this point, seems to be the only real cash generating operation. I'm not sure you read any of Lazydog7's posts, but he was in contact with a representative from the Ipay processor..and he confirmed that they have 6 locations and number of transactions is growing rapidly. Perhaps we can have a follow up with this person. I know you probably don't think this is hard evidence, but I find it hard to believe that such an elaborate scheme to deceive would be in place.. And, Why Ungag the TA if the intentions are not in the right place? Also, why even get Baker Tilly HK involved if intentions are not in the right place? Seems like too much effort for a business that 'doesn't exist'.
I still have some reservations, but I think Prior has something here (with 1wordcash)...as long as he doesn't bankrupt the shareholders in the process. I'm willing to wait another 6months to a year.
