6mth PPM shares: i had to hire an attorney to write a letter, he sent it to transfer agent....they then notified my bank the restiction was lifted and i could sell

12mth PPM shares: after 12mths my bank had to call Transfer Agent and confirm that the shares had been held for 12mths....not sure what they do amongst themselves....they might actually fedex the certs back and forth i dont know....it did take about 3-4 biz days to get the green light to sell
