The news puts ANOTHER ball in the air... and we don't know yet what it is that CLYW and T-Mobile are talking about.
The state case is proceeding... the infringement suit is "on hold" while they talk, and while the state case proceeds...
I can't see how any of that can be bad for CLYW...
It puts us back into the need to engage the "how high, how fast" discussion... only... nothing is defined yet other than REAL CHANGE IS HAPPENING... FAST !!!
