From doing my DD, I believe that to be true too here with ICOA. I was here originally because I had gotten smashed with its reverse split. believe me, I was not happy at all.
From doing further research, I don't expect any more reverse splits and I am expecting some major things over time that I think will turn the company around. They are aware that transparency is important which is why they have updated their info on pinksheets.com and now they will grow their operations while adding shareholder value in my opinion. I am not sure when any of these major events will happen, but I do believe that they will over time. I think it will be worth watching to see what unfolds at the very least.
