bayfish: I have no problem whatsoever with you not agreeing with me. We see things differenty that's all.
First, I cannot accept that the PR yesterday was in response to our letter. The directors have not had time to receive it and discuss as I pointed out in my previous post. To assume that all directors read it on the IHUB board and reacted to it is presumptuous.
Do I think it is adequate? Can't judge. I don't know what restrictions they are under or who decided how much to put into it.
Also, I don't believe I have changed direction. I wanted and suggested action. We took that action in the letter we sent. Now I am recommending patience until we have given enough time to see if it will be acted on or ignored. I consider that reasonable. Why the rush?
As for hostility. Yes, I would consider it hostile to send another more strongly worded letter to the board until we see the reaction to the first one. As a Director my thoughts would be less than friendly to that kind of immediate follow up without a reasonable wait.
I have read several post regarding court action and am FIRMLY opposed to it.
