Thats a good point I forgot about his 40,000 dollar buy I bet he wishes he had his money back too, LOL. I have seen this many times where a board steps in and the ceo "resigns" because things were not going as hoped, so its hard to say what really happened and we may never know. But its easy to resign when you are not getting paid and it could be because of the merger as someone here suggested but I doubt it unless the merging co is cash positive and can call the shots I guess we will have to wait and see!
If it is 'interim', then, Nuvilex is waiting for something else, a real merger again perhaps? As for changes, I noted changed back to the old ways of EFSF a while back. Imo, someone has been 'acting' CEO before the official change. Nevertheless, hoping there will be changes for the better but frankly, I,m definitely not optimistic. GLTA g.p.
