share structure may or may not mean anything to you---but as you are new here,this is a quick re-cap.lcre was approaching a maxed 25 BILLION share AS ---did a quick "re-structure" on 10 BILLION "restricted" shares ( made them preferred,and gave to mgmt) this designated the 10 BILLION shares as available for dilution.As there is no revenue,once these shares are sold---a given that lcre will see a fast RS---post RS is the ONLY way this sees .01.
