indeed, nobody AND I MEAN NOBODY could make this stock run right now, you could try and pump it from 50 different angles and it wouldn't budge more than a .0002 plus or minus, the only way it will ever move is with a ruling and that is way over a year(s) away, just put your shares on a shelf somewhere, set your auto alerts and you never know some day something might happen, there are plenty of other good solid oppotunities out there to make back your losses
