It sure do! If you believe in HIET, this is the time to be accumulating. It broke the long term downtrend, the daily looks solid. I'm a little upset as I did not buy some the past couple days as it was sitting at the 13 and 50 EMA's. I think it may take some time, and needs to sit in the 1.10-1.20 area for a couple weeks before it is ready for that huuuuuuge rise.
