"management is not communicating properly" - I don't agree. All the info you could possibly want is in the public domain. Anything else would be pointless hand-holding, IMO.

Companies don't control the market...at least not legit ones. I can tell you Bryan has been very frustrated at the stock performance, and frankly, at times, shocked...especially, when what he believes to be great news actually drops the stock. You see, Bryan is caught between a rock and a hard place...he needs he restricted funds, $7M+, to be released so he can continue to implement the business plan...however, that release is contingent on the stock performance. The first milestone is .012...and it must maintain that bid price for 30 days! Now, we all know how difficult that will be...some would say impossible...so that needs to be considered in any risk analysis. On the other hand, one has to believe that the investors know something we don't, in order to make such a deal, so I like to follow the smart money, and that is what I'm going to doing.
Also remember, MTIZ is in a quite period until S1 is declared effective...so there is much that can't be communicated even if they wanted too.
