I believe that you are correct, the shareholder had no choice but to convert those shares on Monday just like everyone else. And in doing so, they had to file with the SEC. Most of us saw that sale go through (4mm at .0071), so it is not something that should be a surprise.

This thing will bounce at some point. We just need to have the buying pressure to move it.
