pauly; you had better hope for back-pay on the towers rather than patent infringment. It will make all of you richer..faster. Once the big boys realize we are willing to deal, they will be more inclined to make the one deal we all hope happens....BUY-OUT. Patent infringment cases are 50/50 at best and 5 years of process. I doubt many of you want to wait 5 years for the outcome. Go for the bucks, we've got the goods and make the deal.
