Do your own DD but, READ IT ALL..... If I recall in a post that Wilf placed on the DEEPBLUE site, he said that he had a private investor put up over 1 million to fund the operations for the next year, to be repaid with a certain % which I don't recall .
That money was being held against artifacts valued at 2 million and the money was lent at 50% face value of the artifacts. So... if we don't pay back the loan he keeps the artifacts. Also the money was to be used to buy back stock.
These are not the exact words but roughly what he said.
Everybody can make their own decisions but don't make them based on what you read on these message boards. Go to their web site ,
get Wilfs number (It's on there) and call him yourself.
It's your money so do as much research as you can before you lay your money down. Remember this is a Pink Stock. You want steady returns?? Get Government Bonds or get a CD at 2%.
You want to see artifacts?? Call Wilf up and ask him if you can see them. There are 2 cannons at the museum and lots of other things from their division of Le Scipion. These artifacts have to be in tanks to desalinate them and it takes over a year or they fall apart and become worthless.

Please do not twist my words, I never said anything about Billy making false statements. The statements I am referencing clearly came from Wilf. Where did the 1.9 plus million go? Was it split with the DR? as it came from the Le Scipion, is it shown on the books anywhere? Or did it just make into Wilf's pocket? If there is NO DEBT then why is there a note due to Wilf? Why didn't the 1.9 million cover what was supposedly due to him? Billy only said that it was "raining coins" and I do believe it did rain coins, but rumor has it, they were planted and NOT be Billy, as I do believe he knew nothing of it at the time, and sure seems correct as they never found anything more there of any value, not a single coin more. What happened to the HUGE Payroll the French carried? That Wilf said he knew was there, and it varied depending on the day, from 30 million to 300 million. Go back and look at the posts and the fluffing of the stock. The Le Scipion went from a HUGE treasure wreck to being a large payroll to being a Major Historical find to being a good learning experience. I have stated that I commend the Museum for the most part, but I would like to see the books for it. How much did it cost share holders? How long will it take to be profitable, to be reflected in the PPS and not just in Wilf's pocket. Yeah yeah I know I know in a couple of weeks I will be happier than I could ever imagine, remember that line, over and over. So I guess the DR will allow the pics in a couple of weeks. I do not need to see the pics, that is not the point. Billy said he found it and I believe him as he has never lied on this board that I have found out, now Wilf on the other hand, that is another story. I can go dig up alllll the false and misleading PR's that NEVER came to fruition. What do you believe the PR truth ratio to be, 1 out of 20, 1 out of 10. OH that is right Wilf wants Redemption. Well he will have to ask for it. I am quite sure he and Randy still have my number, as it has not changed. I hope this time it is for real for all the people that Wilf and fluffers have sucked in. True Blue, and any one else, I was present for the grand opening and the investors meeting. The musuem was a momentous occasion for both the Republic of Dominica and Deep Blue. It made a statement that their trust and cooperation is solid, both ways.
Second the direction of the Archaeology aspect of the recent permitted area is probably going to be phenomenal, if the finds contlinue. As the Crew has only scratched the surface of the area, the next two outing should tell the tale. If There is more and I mean a lot more of what I saw at the meeting, then the Republic of Dominica and Deep Blue are going to be on an internationl stage.

I personaly believe that this is going to be a household name wreck before it is over but that is just me, hopefully they can find that cast iron little object that has a name on it. If the crew continues to find atifacts as they have been finding but on a bigger scale then, Katie Bar the Door,
