Kuni is just knocking on the door there

he's concertrating on an establshed Japan business and trying to jump start the USA business

once completed thats a good leeway into China

That, I agree with if you say End of August for something as important as a major acquisition, you can then not say whoops sometime soon and not provide an explanation, treat shareholders with some respect. Otherwise, the stock gets dumped and everyone suffers. Looks like a pump and dump even if it was not one and just a delay.
