The filing you linked was the decision by the courts NOT to allow Heller to be removed from the case. He had petitioned to withdraw but the Judge denied him and stayed the motion due to the bankruptcy.

The document the damn dog ate was a motion Moskowitz made basically withdrawing his personal complaints against the NY Post. So all that personal slander stuff is basically dismissed/withdrawn from the complaint relative to Moskowitz.

I am preparing my own document for the courts documenting the lies and perjury filed by Heller with regards to this case.
