So, you are basing EVERYTHING off the ASSUMPTION we do not get approved. You have no strategy for if we do receive SE clearance. That does not seem like a complete strategy to me. I have one in place for both SE and AI requests. But, I do believe the odds are in favor of SE.

Yes FDA might come back and have more to ask of Dean, we are close to some news. In his TV money it was like he wanted to say fall like something in the fall. Just sounded like that.

Historically speaking that happened last year and in a similar fashion too.

I would hate for it to be the case, but better prepared than surprises.

Just curious, are you as confident that the FDA is going to ask more questions now, as you were when you predicted that the purpose of the last two MoneyTV spots and the most recent Conference Call were for Dean to announce that the FDA had already asked more questions? Because in all three of those settings Dean said that he contacted the FDA at least twice to ask them if they had any more questions, and each time was told by the FDA review team that they did not have any questions about the DViS application.

Even though we have little to nothing in common, I unfortunately agree with your post. I hope you are wrong. The silence from both the FDA & Imaging3 is deafening.
