You guys may want to check this out...
I called the transfer angent for HTLJ today @ 469-633-0101 and the lady was about to give me the O/S and stopped herself saying "wait a minute, I dont think Im allowed to give this out right now"
So she passed me over to some other guy and he said he was only allowed to give me an estimate and he said 22 Million.
Now as per last 10Q...
"State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer's classes of common equity, as of the latest practicable date: As of July 21, 2010, there were 23,284,844 shares of common stock, $.0001 par value per share, outstanding"
It looks like they have bought a bit back, there must be a memo on Heartlands file stating not to give this info out, because the first girl was going to give it to me if she didnt notice it, at least this confirms they are not diluting and are buying back.
Things will get interesting here soon enough, just have to wait a bit for it, we know the PR machine could start any day now :)
