Wrong once again? When? I have said more than a dozen times we need a jv to breach .04. I am not the one who has consistently called the jv for "next week" the last 208 weeks.
But I am not saying never. Frankly, I am more confident you will see this stock close above .04 before the official annoucement (assuming we ever get an official annoucement). When its signed and sealed, .04 will probably be breached before it is delivered. That will be the tell.
