How reassuring... IR certainly does not help itself with such unprofessional answers... the last couple of questions that I have asked (if the merger does go through, will the financials of the company be audited and released? - no info on that subject) (with the AS/OS be reduced if the university is sold and the video merger is no longer IP - no info on that subject)

There is a fine line between not providing 'insider information' and protecting one's rear end and professionally stating - at this point in time, we cannot answer that question...

Again - not saying that VCTY's merger & buyout will not happen - just stating that again... the IR/PR is really uninspiring and not confidence-building.

Do you guys intentionally ask vague questions to give these people as much semantic leeway as possible? Be more specific. He's probably referring to your personal financial statements. These guys are experts at semantic games.
