I think we now know why the long delay in publishing the NI 43-101. They were probably debating with the engineering company to review the report and make the best of it. After hinting that they would report a million oz, they had to come close and lower the grade to a lower threshold was probably the only way to do it.

They still haven't figured out how to underpromise and overdeliver. Certainly not doing it on the mining end.
