Has anyone talked to Stellar management lately?

I spoke with Arnold Tenney a couple months ago, and he said that he anticipated the phase II trial results for Uracyst should be out before year end, and that the 1.3million due to Stellar from Watson for the patent should be recorded in Q3.

Also, why do you think this company is holding so much cash?
