I have bought all my ICOA shares thru Etrade so far.

Several days back my friend sent a somewhat in depth inquiry to the SEC asking why TDA is allowed to use a manipulative practice like blocking ICOA online buys. I think she used the "Manipulation of security price or volume" link, as that was the appropriate one. I wonder if that had any bearing on this?
