wmo, I will go out a limb and never say "never". My point is that if we do close above .04 cents, before a jv is annouced, that to me is a significant indicator that the jv is imminent.

Anything short of a .04 cents close tells me the jv is NOT imminent. I do not believe the jv is imminent at this time, but in progress.

Do you know whether the JV is done or not? I am betting it's done and the buyers are some insiders getting in before the announcement.......and I am obviously more sure than you are.
