Come on, pual, use some common sense. If you are operating a SCAM the best thing to do is to pretend as if everything is fine IS to continue to chug along AND issue press releases. If they suddenly clammed up it would be an obvious red flag.

Enron, Worldcom, Global Crossing, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. didn't suddenly stop issuing false press releases for even one second.

Or in the case of SAFSQ which I have documented that was issuing false press releases MORE in the last days despite frequent calls from the SEC presumably because they figured they're ALREADY screwed what's a few more press releases to go down in flames? In SAFSQ last month the CEO was screaming everything is fine, issuing glowing press releases, managed to get the stock price from $2.50 to $5.00 all the while dumping shares like they're going out of style and finally wiring all of the companies cash out of its account.

You make no sense. IF the SEC is investigating PRIOR activity, they wouldn't suddenly stop issuing press releases. That would only turn up the volume for sure.
