Jagman.......those shares are not the stock option shares we have been discussing; what you are referring to are shares issued at going market values in payment of debt or salary obligations....in lieu of paying in cash that is not on hand, or piling up more debt.
So if your example is shown to make a point that company officers are paid too much at this time......before revenues meet their cash needs.....that's fine with me.
your logic is flawed in that granting an option is not the same as "giving him shares". if you don't understand that there is no point discussing this with you. alhtough i believe you understand the distinction but are willfully misdirecting the conversation. i will not be continuing this discussion.
