The regulator only mentioned my concerns to Matin. There will not be any investigation unless a shareholder makes a complaint to his or her AG. Some evidence must also be presented.
The result of the regulator's inquiry was a call to me from Veltex's lawyer. I am putting together some questions for him and I will call him back when I get all of my ducks in a row.
