RobJ.......you're entitled to your opinion, but as I said before, I believe it is a double-edged sword when you take into account not only the cash involved, but the relationship-building effects of those key to the long-term interests of the company.
Naturally, I would prefer to see zero dilution....as I similarly desire minimal or no company debt.
But that is not always reflective of the real world.
