LBSR was on a time limit with the earn in option deal.They couldnt be in any legal lawsuits or anything as per the agreement with NAK.I believe the lawsuit was frivelous but it could of been in court forever thats why I think Briscoe said lets settle for a smaller amount and they said ok.Because if they had the rights to more they wouldnt of settled so cheap.But now we can go forward with NAK since were not involved in legal proceedings anymore.

It's obvious we both share the same sentiments.

LBSR made a good choice IMO.
