Tad, we need the company folks to help us hold the 5s or control the entire float with no sellers. Even then, there has to be some input from the company to keep interest in the stock.

If there is no input from the company, the MMs maintain all the control or if we lock the float, there just isnt any trading as the holders are the only interested folks.

simple enough, mm had no shares, shorted it down, people with no patience sell, mm gets more shares to use to short to force more into selling.
