could be a typo, but I'm guessing they ran the O/S up to what the A/S was, which is/was the 3.8 billion listed with Nevada SOS and raised it. Maybe "only" 10 billion? But it could be 100 billion like it states on Pinksheets now. Nevada SOS can be a little slow in updating (taking several days).
