yes there have been such projections...are they achivable...i don t think so..but 0.01-0.03 is doable...if we take possible revenues and unchanged O/S...
now the reason why we cant hold 0.002 let alone 0.003 is the best described by mimmuray...check out his posts...in essence what we saw friday was people buying at 0.0009 and selling at 0.001...so buying on the bid side and selling on the ask...you can t move up much with that kind of action...
ok now let s both think about something...lets review the recent S/S changes...now if you read how the GGER merger and one of the China merger was going to be done you could see that 2 companies will get 500 mil. in restricted shares...so in other words merger was paid for with stock...we have 700 mil. and some restricted stock in current S/S...so after the both mergers are completed there are 200 mil. r. shares left i belive for welcome place...so this 3 mergers are beeing done with restricted stock...
the main merger and the reason i am here for is beeing done with cash due to the fact there are no restricted shares left...so if the Main China merger company wants the controling interest which is often above 70 % in a holding company the china merger c. would have to purchase shares in the open market just like we do..you could see spikes in volume on no news and then the day after volume dies...the reason for that is that on the high volume days the main china merger comp. is slowly buying up the shares at a agread price...also that is the reason we see AUTO active lately...if you where watching closely every time AUTO sold a big block of shares there was a buyer on the other side for the same amount...coincidence??dont think so
