I think that record keeping has been so horrible that the Brokerages are having a hard time figuring out what is what and who owns what. I have another ticker that has been having the same thing for over a week now. The ticker keeps changing and each time it changes my share count is jumping back and forth between original qty and split qty, it is still not tradeable.
In the meantime the company is free to dump using the new ticker.
