IR on Mark Lundquist departure

lundquist resigned thats what JR said.

Investor Relations at QIH, in email, also said that Lundquist resigned from the Director position.

IR replied after 8/23 PR to these questions with these answers:
Wasn't Lisa Betros on the Board of Directors?

Why was she removed from the board?
.. Mr Bradley. I cannot comment.
Was Mark Lundquist on the BOD?
.. Yes
Why was he removed from the board?
.. He resigned on his own. Cannot comment.
