#1 no one has a patent on this. HHo generators have been out there for years. In the beginning all the Geek forums felt this technology should not be owned by anyone.Many were looking and still are looking at getting all of us, off the grid and off Oil. Open ended technology for all to tinbker with. Its one reason for all the U-Tube vids out there. The control module must be the thing keeeping this unique. A patent? Been afraid to ask myself.
#2 The splitting of water by eletrolisis is too simple. Yes its low tech. The brains in this kit is another story. Thats high tech proprietary equipmenet.
#3 The big 3 were. And probably have some wonderful technology, but its not demanded by the masses yet. Tell me why GM pulled the EV1. Biggest bone head move by GM, now everyone is cranking em out. Volt, insight, the leaf, tesla, etc. These thing move out till the bat is dead.
Detroit has always been slow in building the latest. Airbags, padded steering wheels, list goe on all down through history. Let us crank out a few Million per year and Detroit will be looking. Only if they thinbk it will help sells.
