I don't like to give specific picks KR. You can easily read my comments on numerous boards related to REEs. Futures Jackal and Snuff also share a ton of good info. Just follow their links.
The whole sector is going up right now but it has been a volatile trade. It depends on your time frame a lot. Lynas will be first to retail but others are cheaper and may be more profitable in the long run. REE trades on AMEX which takes off some risk.
Do the research friend. Subscribe to the free newsletters and put the good links in your favorites file. You have time.
Its not like gold with 10,000 companies. Just 15 or so with potential and you should make your picks with wisdom not trusting a BB. Good luck,
