What did you find out? I think some examples of recent IPO's would be great...
I hope nobody is concerned about the new Graffiti IPO being such a new company.. I am sure that of the many thousands of companies that go public there are many of them who are just repackaged versions of their former selves or with new collections of companies and assets.
