I agree with you...(CEO) was up to something...(SEC) had a problem with Law ofc..Reason (CEO) had to pull (S1)...Will be watching for new fileing....jmo....(GEGP)
From S1-RW........The Company believes that withdrawal of the Registration Statement is consistent with the public interest and the protection of investors, as contemplated by Rule 477 under the Securities Act.
The Company requests, in accordance with Rule 457(p) under the Securities Act, that all fees paid to the Commission in connection with the filing of the Registration Statement be credited to the account of the Company for future use.
