You have to think about this logically...

If the share price gets to $0.0010 you can purchase 1,000,000 SDVI shares for just $1000... The 1,000,000 shares of SDVI will include 5,000 IPO shares that is expected to debut @ 1 Euro or higher..

The current conversion rate is 1 Euro = $1.30...

5000 (Shares @ 1 Euro per share)
X $1.30 (conversion)

$6500.00


What if the IPO debuts @ 1/4 of a Euro?

5000 (Shares @ $0.325 or $1.30 / 4 = 1/4 Euro)

You will still have the SDVI shares after you make your IPO profit...
