pen - it's my personal belief that we are not in the same situation than NEPH. Deano has open lines of communication with the review team. I really do not have the patience to read through NEPH's issues. The rejection appears to have crossed over the transition period of the FDA personnel. I strongly believe that we will not have that issue of NSE.
