I think once ICOA has it's web-site updated to reflect current, expanded client list and once they fill the 4 positions they are currently recruiting for, you will see additional PR's.

I haven't spoken to George S. since my first conversation and was a little disappointed when the news he promised us came out. He didn't lie though. He said news in 3 weeks and he gave us news in 3 weeks. It just didn't have alot of meat on it. Still holding a core position here with free shares, and think this is a very good company to buy shares in and hold them. I still don't see dilution, or let me say, blatant abuse of the company dumping shares mercilessly into the market. So based on that I am holding. To me its a lotto and I wouldn't spend money here you cannot afford to lose. That's the way to treat all pinkies. IMHO
