Yes, it actually IS great for the iBox! Thanks for posting that, as it is important for newbies to understand.

MDGC has been reinvented under the leadership of the new (since January, 2010) CEO, Val Westergard. The ex- CEO raped the company for his and his cronies own personal benefit.

The dilution you point out is the cause for the company to get back on it's feet. That dilution has been the currency to pay for the transformation. The dilution will prove to be accretive IMO. Also, between restricted shares and friends I know, we hold in strong hands 800 Million of those shares. No worries he bashed and I personally hope your post is not taken down so we can be transparent about what is happening with MDGC.

By the way, I love your great graphics too. Makes it very easy to read. Mods, I am serious, put it in the iBox for all to see along with reasons why we have the added shares.
