you are so right I was just listing the things that are obvious we know that the state police cars in Arkansas are being fitted now on the pilot program ,,I dont really think they will need that green grant,,It would be nice but I think the state will do it anyway,, It is going to save them millions every year in fuel costs THOSE CARS ARE ON THE ROADS 24/7 for the most part
