I am really thinking
this (8) will be the big one
I wish I would have bought more also,
I will be considering over the weekend if i will dump a few other positions and load up on the 8 even some more Monday morning

form what I read its either at least 10 cents a share or they will give you 1 share for every 10 you got

both are good but the cash would be best and I think it will be the cash. I can not see monk wanting to raise the float

quarter means 1/4 year could get 40 cents a year if they keep up the dividends
