Seeing on how the current management played out the Ex-Director that was selling tells me they are far more stronger than the previous one. Easy to comment once done but look at this.

Ex-Directors sells till he drives the stock down to 0.20$(imagine the money he sacrified to get out quick/revenge, what ever the reason is...he lost several hundred thousands of dollars.

New management lets him, go silent with no knews, focus on the business, increase revenues.

When the stocks reaches all time lows, they buy back personnally

After that theinitiate company buy back, this is what we saw the last 2-3 days and I don't think it's done yet

Now we get echos they are preparing an Investor Relation, not confirmed but it's what someone here heard

Another person tells the GURU that business is full steam and there is another acquisition around the corner

Insider owns more than 50% of the float with recent insider trading

This means there is about 10-11 million shares available

And finally, according to 2 L2 I have and the IHUB chart monitor, I think once the company buy back is over, I think we almost instantly uptick to 0.32$

SOOOO... don't want to be over confident but can someone tell me what's the risk here?

I realize you say move on after achieving the Amex. Everyone has their targets and should. The Amex listing just might be when this stock really moves. They aren't going to the Amex in hopes of just trading in the $2.00 range : ) At the rate they are paying down their loans and the potential growth moving forward they stand to be making a great deal of money. Add strong net profit to this low OS stock and who knows where it will go. Real Estate will likely turn stronger as well in several years they own a large amount of land and buildings
