Agreed. LLEG is ready. The decision could come as early as Monday afternoon though, but must, by statute, be made by Thursday. With all the political and industrial support, and the only remaining opposition being competitors, can't see this ever being denied. Even the Sierra club has no objections, and that is saying something huge.
