How about the loan and license this month?(A year ago in July we were waiting on the original loan that never came to fruition) Yeah, the other updates sure did wonders for the PPS.(Don't know if it's still MM manipulation or other, but this stock should be well in the pennies by now) 5 weeks ago, after the Rush announcement, a few said this was going to skyrocket and that this was "a tremendous starting point" for the PPS. I still believe wholeheartedly in the potential this company has, but the PPS has been completely the opposite that many have been hoping for. But who knows, maybe that $1.00 pop will come as soon as the loan is secured....which is set for sometime this month.(9 work days left in September starting Monday)

Launch to me would mean they are ready to sell, they are not. So are they launched? In order to "LAUNCH" a boat, you must have a BOAT to LAUNCH, am I correct?
