Either Dutchess via company funding, Dutchess via shorting, or insiders selling. Retail would not be selling this much stock this low. The issue is because Dutchess keeps so many retail investors from buying because of their bad rep, the stock slowly falls and falls because no one wants to man up and buy a the ask, knowing they can get filled at the bid sooner or later. So the stock keeps falling in a slow death spiral.
