I have believed for some time that the PPS has been hurt in some respect to the low share structure and the fact that most shares were being held by longs.
The low volume and big spreads in the bid and ask led me to believe this.
With the increase in liquidity, it might help but only time will tell. Of course progress by the company is paramount as well as a minimum of dilution from this point forward.
