That's true wally...some people don't read good DD, or maybe they read it, but don't know what they are reading.

That said, this split has been a mess since day one. There was never an ex-div date given, only a record date, which INIX had to publish according to FINRA rules. The problem is, FINRA is taking their own sweet time making a decision on this split and I am certain that the delay is due to all the under handed things Dru did in the past. He really handcuffed Ben and put him in an unenviable position.

Wallymac, thanks for responding to my question. I think it is important at this time to keep reiterating what the rules are and what's happening to us. Sorry to impose my ignorance on your patience.
