The reality is this... Efir and many alike are prematurely listed companies.. Regardless of their class..they need $$$... So yes...expect dilution...hopefully it's commensurate with the asset being purchased, or the business it will be enabling. Anyway...it is what it is and now the shareholders will appropriately adjust for the proposed future...
